Refund policy
At Print & Peel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges in line with UK and EU consumer law.
1. Returning Unpersonalised Items

You may return any unpersonalised, non-customised items within 30 days of receipt.

Before returning, please email hello@clp-labels.co.uk with your order number and details of the return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging where possible.
2. Refunds and Credit Notes

As standard, we will issue a credit note for the value of the returned goods.

If you prefer a direct refund, you may request this when contacting us.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Original delivery charges are refundable only where the entire order is returned, and only up to the cost of our standard delivery option.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If your goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us at hello@clp-labels.co.uk within 30 days of receipt.

We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

Where a fault develops after 30 days, you may still have rights to repair, replacement, or partial refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
4. Personalised & Customised Products

Any product that has been personalised or customised (e.g., with your logo, business details, contact information, or any content that makes it unsuitable for resale to the general public) is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Personalised products are made to order and cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned once production has begun, unless faulty.
5. Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases. However, this does not apply to personalised/customised goods.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 ensures that all goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
