Shipping policy

UK Shipping

We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom only. International shipping may be possible on request; please contact us at hello@clp-labels.co.uk for a quote. Please note: for international shipments, the recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, or import-related charges.

Processing Times

  • Orders are despatched within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  • The day your order is placed is not counted as a working day. For example, an order placed on Monday may be despatched on Tuesday.

  • Some orders may be despatched the same day if capacity allows.

  • Personalised/custom items take longer to process. Production will only begin once full payment has been received.

Delivery Options & Costs

All UK parcels are sent via Royal Mail. A courier may be used for larger orders, but the service level will always match the shipping option you selected.

  • Sample packs: £2

  • Most orders: £3 flat rate

  • Orders of 1000+ labels: £4 flat rate (due to weight)

  • Upgrade to First Class: +£1 surcharge

Our shipping charges include a small margin to cover administration, packing supplies, and labour.

Delivery Times

  • Royal Mail Second Class: estimated 2–3 working days

  • Royal Mail First Class: estimated 1 working day

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

All orders include limited tracking information.

If your parcel is delayed after despatch, we will follow Royal Mail’s official guidelines:

  • An item may not be considered lost until 10 working days after the posting date, plus the estimated delivery time (2–3 days for Second Class, 1 day for First Class).

  • If your parcel is confirmed as lost, you may choose either a replacement (free of charge) or a full refund (including shipping).

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please email hello@clp-labels.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. This helps us resolve the issue quickly and support you appropriately.

Exclusions & Closures

  • We ship to all areas of the UK at the same price — no surcharges for remote locations.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or bank holidays.

  • We may close during certain periods (e.g. staff training or Christmas). Any planned closures will be communicated in advance to minimise disruption.
