When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Print & Peel reserves the right to accept or decline your order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Print & Peel confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Your Statutory Rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund. This right does not apply to personalised or custom products (for example, labels containing your logo, contact details or other information that makes them unsuitable for resale).

Cancellations and returns are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Print & Peel’s names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Print & Peel or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such trademarks without the prior written permission of Print & Peel. Shopify’s name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor control.
We provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties or conditions of any kind. We shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of such tools is entirely at your own risk and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

Print & Peel is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Print & Peel. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Print & Peel, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY PRINT & PEEL AND EXCEPT FOR YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS UNDER UK CONSUMER LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print & Peel, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Services or products.

We will not be responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations under these Terms caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, wars, or interruptions to transport or utility services.
