CLP Creation Service

Got an MSDS and need CLP information because your supplier doesn't provide it? Pop your file over to us and we’ll take care of the compliance side so you can get back to making.

How it works

1. Upload your supplier MSDS (max 10 files, max 10 MB) using the uploader below.
2. £5 refundable deposit: this lets us review your document.
   – If we can’t create CLP information from the MSDS you provided, we refund the £5. There is no charge.
   – If we can, the £5 is credited against the final service fee and a further payment will be required to complete the work. The price varies depending upon the amount of work required, but the price will always be discussed with you first with prices starting from £20.
3. Approval & lead time: once you approve the quote/scope, creation takes up to 2 weeks.
4. Delivery: we send your CLP information electronically via email (with a discount on our printed labels!)

Important notes (please read)

• Not all MSDS are created equal. Quality, structure, and detail vary by supplier. If key data is missing or unclear, we may need to request an updated sheet or additional info.
• UK/GB legislation only: We work to current Great Britain (GB GHS) and UK CLP requirements. MSDS must be issued for the UK/GB market (not solely EU/US formats). If your sheet isn’t UK-compliant, we’ll advise next steps.
• Scope: Service covers CLP information tailored to your product format and usage levels (candles, melts, diffusers, sprays). Complex blends or missing data may require extra time/cost—always agreed up front.

What we need from you

• MSDS file for the exact fragrance oil you’re using
• Your intended product type (candle, melt, diffuser, spray) and planned fragrance load. We can provide CLP information with a hazardous base, but this should be disclosed prior to the service being used.
